Casa Estancias is steps from the beach, boasts a private terrace with saltwater lap-pool, has a movie room, and offers unparalleled beach views from virtually every corner of the property. Casa Estancias includes a full-time butler on-premise and daily housekeeping. This breathtaking property sleeps 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. Casa Estancias guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Boathouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Casa Estancias is part of the Bahia Beach Refined Luxury Rental Program which includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, one 6-person golf cart, and a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1) MONTHLY RATES: We have monthly and longer term rates available if you are interested in an extended stay at a fully furnished, turn key property. Please reach out for pricing and availability. 

2) PRE-ARRIVAL COVID TESTING: The Governor announced on June 30th that every person traveling to Puerto Rico from July 15th onwards should arrive with a negative COVID-19 test result or will have to take a COVID-19 test at the airport. Travelers with positive test results will have to stay at their rented property for the duration of their stay, or 14 days. The test result has to be from no more than 72 hours prior to arrival on the island.

3) Due to the current situation with COVID-19 daily housekeeping and butler services are not available at Casa Estancias until further notice. 

LIVING AREAS:

The center-piece of Casa Estancias is an expansive terrace that is steps away from the beach. The terrace has a saltwater lap pool, a large gas grill, and an expansive grass patio that leads directly to a 2-mile long sandy beach. The living room boasts modern decor and ocean views through oversized windows. There is a separate movie room for entertainment. 

BEDROOMS:

The property sleeps 12 guests in 5 bedrooms with ocean views. All bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California king bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 1 queen bed each and the 5th bedroom has a California king bed. All bedrooms have flat-screen TV and breathtaking views.

Casa Estancias includes the daily resort fee so that guests can enjoy full access to all resort amenities. • Tennis Club: There are 4 hard courts available for use at no additional cost.

• Beach watersports: The beach water sports facility offers classes and rentals for surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. 
• Lake watersports: Kids and adults love the boathouse at Bahia Beach which offers complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and a super fun inflatable adventure park. 
• St. Regis Restaurants and Spa: Reservations at the St. Regis restaurants and spa can be made directly with the hotel or through Casa Estancias’s dedicated concierge. 

CONCIERGE:

As part of the Refined Luxury Rental Program, Casa Estancias includes a dedicated Concierge for all reservations. Your concierge will be there to perform an in-person check-in on the day of your arrival and help you get situated in the villa. The Concierge is also available to help coordinate pre-stocking prior to arrival and any reservations guests would like to make during their stay. 

HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is at 11:00 am
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. 
• All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
• Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children
• Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours
• Subletting not allowed
• Do not hang towels from balcony or windows
